We provide client-specific solutions and strive to grow our business with clients; creating value through long term partnerships, synergies and continuous improvement in service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service \/ Credit Control Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a close liaison with the sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly.<\/li>\n<li>Checking customer\u2019s credit situation.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the setting up of the credit control system and ensures that debts are paid in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email &amp; letter within agreed timescales and maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures prompt response to all customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Handles and resolves customers\u2019 complaints in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps records of customers\u2019 interactions and transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Records details of inquiries, comments, complaints and records details of actions taken.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a comprehensive customer data base.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all required customer meetings are scheduled, attended and documented.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses and documents loss of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assesses guards\u2019 uniforms\/appearance during visits and issues reports.<\/li>\n<li>Carries out regular Customer Satisfaction Survey.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary and identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company\u2019s policies.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake account reconciliations as required and ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.<\/li>\n<li>Promote an efficient and professional image at all times demonstrated by the highest possible standards of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Patrol Inspector<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures proper use, maintenance, accountability, and care of all company equipment issued to their assigned locations.<\/li>\n<li>Timely filing of short postings in their assigned locations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures proper Guards turnout (that they are smart, neat, ID Card Visible &amp; Adhering to dress code) in their locations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the activities in his\/her assigned locations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures strict compliance with the Company\u2019s Policies &amp; Procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to ride a bike effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures high standards of guarding service are maintained in their assigned locations.<\/li>\n<li>Writes reports of inspection findings.<\/li>\n<li>Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences in their assigned locations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that Post Orders are pasted on the wall of the Gate House of their assigned locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@bemilnigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@bemilnigeria.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2017.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bemil Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous company which has been at the forefront of providing Security Management, Cash-In-Transit \/ Valuable Protection and Security Consultancy &amp; Training since its inception&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[19,65],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
