This success has been built on not only understanding the needs of our consumers, but also on the understanding of the needs of our employees, our suppliers and our stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>J<\/strong><strong>ob Title:\u00a0\u00a0Coordinator Industrial Relations &amp; Training<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement learning strategies, policies, programs and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Implement an e-learning strategy for Promasidor<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the filing of all trainings with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for approvals and the ITF reimbursement process<\/li>\n<li>Manages the training budget for PNG and ensure cost savings<\/li>\n<li>Implements employee relations strategies to foster good employee relations within PNG<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and advises managers in the employee disciplinary process<\/li>\n<li>Engage with union operatives on matters arising<\/li>\n<li>Assist with negotiations and proactively respond to requests<\/li>\n<li>Implement various learning initiatives company wide (coaching, Job-shadowing, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare annual training plan for Promasidor based on skills gaps identified by appraisals and develop training needs analysis<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the internal learning policy and tracks internal learning interventions including new employee orientation &amp; onboarding, departmental learning sessions, employee developmental plans and cross departmental trainings.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the daily activities of learning interventions when they arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum B.Sc. or HND in Social Sciences, Law or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in an FMCG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competency and Skills Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work within a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/463311622\/\">Click Here to Apply<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Application closes 6th Novemeber 2017.
