With representation all over the worlds Cambel Shipping Logistics Service Limited is delivering a complete range of shipping services, designed to fit the transportation requirements of all products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Air Freight Operation Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open files for all new shipment and ensure proper handling of all shipment files<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming mails and send mails to designated clients or customers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining system database.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that all movement of airfreight shipment from the port to the office and from office to customers\u2019 warehouse are closely monitored and securely delivered without theft or damage.<\/li>\n<li>Take instructions from your supervisors and complete required tasks.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor driver that are taking any airfreight shipment for delivery.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that each file have all necessary document intact.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure to send regular update to all clients.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the air \/sea freight field officers set out early for the field operation.<\/li>\n<li>To initiate pick up for airfreight shipment<\/li>\n<li>To forward and submit quote for airfreight shipment.<\/li>\n<li>To assist in opening form M and forward the form M to required authority.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that each transaction regarding airfreight and seafreight are created and documented, such as: Airway bill, Bill lading, form M, CCVO, Packing List, Entry, Invoice, NAHCO &amp; SAHCOL handling receipt, job card, client quoted amount and partner quoted amount are filed and documented.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating verbally and writing to answer enquiries and provide information.<\/li>\n<li>Request for rate from airline.<\/li>\n<li>Request for rate from Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on all airline and shipping company procedures in order to keep an updated file.<\/li>\n<li>Create a database for all airlines, shipping and terminal local charges for both export and import shipment.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that, before the processing of any shipment, MD must approve the agreed quote.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that after clearing, all the original and necessary documents that are supposed to be in the file are all returned to the file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@cambelshipping.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@cambelshipping.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cambel Shipping Logistics Service Limited is an independent NIGERIAN based freight forwarding &amp; logistics organisation providing international Sea, Air &amp; Road transportation services.
