We set out to deliver the finest brands in high-end lifestyle custom electronics and system integration to today\u2019s technology driven home owner.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service &amp; Service Quality Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for serving customers (internal &amp; external) and ensuring service quality by providing product and service information; monitoring\u00a0 and evaluating project progress, resolving product, service problems and implementing a comprehensive customer care Program to promote a service culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and respond to customer service inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Generate, develop and report on a Customer Satisfaction Index.<\/li>\n<li>Receive walk in guests and ensure they are adequately attended to.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to keep the reception and lounge area clean and operational at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Creates tickets on the Support system and follows up to ensure effective resolution of the issue.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless customer\/guest walk in experience.<\/li>\n<li>Project monitoring, evaluation and maintaining customer records<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer complains through the ticketing platform<\/li>\n<li>Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\u2019s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any field from an accredited university or college<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 additional years of experience in a Service Quality role<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Pays attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Team\u00a0 Player<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communications and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Company products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@hausba.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@hausba.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hausba SmartHomes Limited Founded in 2010, with a vision to becoming the leading brand in providing bespoke electronics and home technology in modern day architecture.
