Multiple Client Sites<br \/>\n<strong>Purpose of Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a smart and customer oriented IT specialist.<\/li>\n<li>She\/he will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions from our portfolio of IT security solutions to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring an in-depth understanding and ability to deploy our portfolio of security solutions to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings with designated sales team members and acting as subject matter expert.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely and collaboratively with clients to devise effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the company\u2019s solutions can deliver on the customer\u2019s requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with clients to understand and capture requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Replying to clients following requests for information and proposal requests.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting proposals to clients alongside members of the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Providing ongoing support for clients post implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc\/M.Sc degree in IT, Computer Science or a closely related field<\/li>\n<li>Prior CCNA training and certification is key for success in this role<\/li>\n<li>Basic skills in Windows Server configuration<\/li>\n<li>Ability to configure Switch &amp;
