organization.<\/p>\n<p>The CPPA is looking for a self-starter\/individual ready to work, learn and add value.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Human Resources and Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<strong>Human Resources duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for implementing all human resource policies and processes within the business by ensuring compliance of same by all employees;<\/li>\n<li>Provides required information and guidance to employees regarding HR processes and policies;<\/li>\n<li>Manages and maintains contracts, personnel files and other employee information;<\/li>\n<li>Manages the recruitment and selection process by liaising with necessary parties and coordinating the process;<\/li>\n<li>Manages correspondence with prospective hires and ensures feedback is given to all prospects;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the induction program by sending out invitations and notifications to people concerned;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates the induction program and ensures new hire has all work tools required;<\/li>\n<li>Manages benefits program by liaising with service providers (e.g. HMO);<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates performance review process by sending out notices to managers and employees;<\/li>\n<li>Manages the curriculum vitae database and updates information;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and participates in the interview process for prospective hires;<\/li>\n<li>Edits and updates job descriptions based on changes or modifications to jobs;<\/li>\n<li>Ensures proper documentation of all employee files;<\/li>\n<li>Monitors daily staff attendance by investigating and understanding causes for staff absences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the office;<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and delivery of office mails;<\/li>\n<li>Handles visa applications, ticketing and reservations for all air travels;<\/li>\n<li>Manages office all office assets such as laptops, printers<\/li>\n<li>Creates and manages office filing system;<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the office is supplied with newspapers on a daily basis;<\/li>\n<li>Payment of utility bills;<\/li>\n<li>Identify vendors for the office and building the vendor list;<\/li>\n<li>Supervising other junior employees \u2013 cleaner and drivers;<\/li>\n<li>Management of website and general email;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying administrative policy documents needed by the company and writing the documents;<\/li>\n<li>Creates and maintains vendor database.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for project administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Social Sciences or related field<\/li>\n<li>Registered member of CIPM<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Nigerian Law Labour<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adhere to principles and values<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others<\/li>\n<li>Listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>At least two years\u2019 post NYSC work experience in similar role<\/li>\n<li>Should not be above 30years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How
