It is the only automobile company in Nigeria with a network of seven operating branches across the country, making Leventis Motors a leader in pan-Nigerian service.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Branch Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Benin, Edo<br \/>\nIndustry: Automobile<br \/>\n<strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for achieving the branch targets far major items (ie. commercial vehicle &amp; construction equipment) and after sales (i.e. service, tyres &amp; spare parts).<\/li>\n<li>Also to manage human resources in the branch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The purpose of a Branch Manager is to develop and maintain branch business to their full potential and to ensure profitability by setting and achieving\/exceeding targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase branch profitability by achieving\/exceeding monthly targets for Major Items\/Spare Parts and Service<\/li>\n<li>Build team at the branch level for achieving the Organizational goals<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales, after sales (workshops), spare parts and act as Human Resources Manager at the branch<\/li>\n<li>Submit monthly updated activity status report to the Head of Sales for discussion and for the preparation of action plan and RRI\u2019s (Rapid Results Initiatives)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the branch activities and establish individual targets within branch objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all quality and operational standards are maintained at the company\u2019s expectations and implement new procedures, according to requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop market for new business lines \u2013 Major items and others<\/li>\n<li>Develop rapport with key corporate customers, financiers and government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Track and measure performance of staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or related Degree with an MBA<\/li>\n<li>Product knowledge &amp; Skills to handle technical problems, Warranty issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess customer needs and determine what products or services would best serve their interest<\/li>\n<li>Ability to guide &amp; train others.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years strong Engineering experience (Specialization in Commercial Vehicles will be preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skill and team spirit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@agleventis.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@agleventis.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u201cBranch Manager \u2013 Benin\u201d as subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>8th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leventis Motors, a brand of A.G Leventis (Nigeria) Plc., is the home of commercial vehicles in Nigeria, renowned in the Nigerian Automobile industry for its quality products &amp; services.
