The ERP Support Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP application.<\/li>\n<li>The individual will work closely with members of the Technology Services team to ensure that human resources data is captured accurately and integrity is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>The ERP Support Officer will be responsible for recommending and creating high impact systems and processes that help the organization fulfill its strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities will also include input to project planning and administration, requirements, creating functional specifications, developing and executing test plans and scripts, and streamlining and improving current processes.<\/li>\n<li>The individual will develop, implement, and modify software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain internal database files and tables, and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff and provide the necessary training to meet end users\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>This individual contributor provides functional-technical and administrative support to the Human Resource department to assist with data entry, validation and integrity, work to identify and track strategic HR metrics, as well as ensure best practices and compliance with applicable employment laws.<\/li>\n<li>The individual will also provide functional-technical support such as module setup, granting access rights to functional users and workflow design and updates to the Finance and Procurement teams and across the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the ERP software meets business requirements and goals, fulfills user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues<\/li>\n<li>Lead ERP process automation projects, create and present business cases where appropriate, develop and execute project plans, and deliver results within targeted timeframe and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Partner with functional and business stakeholders to understand, evaluate and improve\/streamline system processes and services to employees<\/li>\n<li>Make recommendations and develop requirements based on system and functional knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to organisation-wide users of the ERP including, but not limited to, researching and resolving ERP problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements<\/li>\n<li>Write, maintain data integrity in systems and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; develop and administer standard relevant statistical reports and dashboard<\/li>\n<li>Manage and design the mapping of all ERP tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated for all ERP processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines and documentation applicable to the ERP<\/li>\n<li>Work with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in support of regular business operations; document applications and provide cross-functional training as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Technology Services to coordinate, review, test and implement ERP system upgrades or patches or fix<\/li>\n<li>Develop\/design, test, document and implement new ERP software updates procedures and processes<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other ERP users (Finance, Procurement etc.) to ensure integrity of the ERP<\/li>\n<li>Advice management on organizational policy matters related to the ERP<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all employee matters, and various statutory requirements<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with other teams in the HR department, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization\u2019s human resources functions and annual goals<\/li>\n<li>Administer and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key\/relevant stakeholders, monitor performance levels and take corrective action as may be required<\/li>\n<li>Perform other HR related duties as requested by the Chief Human Resources Officer or CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/ Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience using an ERP system or project management role within a professional services environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating custom fields, workflows, and reports<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate project management skills, ability to develop and maintain detailed project plan, identify dependencies and critical path items and work within will be responsible for the business operations of the Academy which will include developing and executing marketing plans, developing revenue generating courses, creating awareness for X-Academy programmes, meeting revenue targets of the Academy and establishing new affiliations for partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, the individual will be responsible for designing the learning, development and growth plans for employees and supporting the overall business strategy through various learning and development intervention initiatives of The Exchange including the Graduate Trainee function.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will develop, review and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures guiding the X-Academy function as well as conduct regular research and liaising with professionals across various industries to ensure that the activities and initiatives of the X-Academy are in tune with leading global best practices, generate data and required analytics required for decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Serving as the X-Academy Team Lead, this position reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Corporate Headquarters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement Learning and Development strategy and framework to guide the development and growth of employees<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Organization\u2019s Management team to analyze, develop and implement HR development activities to support business needs and objectives in consultation with the OD team and other HR and organization wide stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Design organisation wide strategies and plans to meet learning and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, where applicable manage this activity via internal or external providers<\/li>\n<li>Develop ad hoc curriculum relevant to critical business initiatives and other departmental\/functional needs, and analyse learning evaluation data and metrics to diagnose gaps, identify opportunities and implement changes to ensure content is current, relevant and delivered in the most efficient and effective manner<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate organisation-wide with key stakeholders to improve Human Resource capability and learning resources to deliver best practices, create effective learning solutions and leverage programs and existing resources throughout The Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Work with business and function leaders at all levels in the organization to develop and implement courses and curriculums to meet on-going needs of employee groups based on analysis of needs and ensure program sustainability over time<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the delivery of developmental initiatives to staff, including training, coaching and the effective utilization and application of available online resources<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of a robust overall HR strategy in support of corporate objectives whilst embedding a continuous improvement culture around HR service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Maintain advisory\/consultative relationships with subject-matter experts who can provide input to or deliver on Learning and Development materials utilizing a variety of mediums<\/li>\n<li>Develop metrics, analytics and reporting based on programs and participants feedback that demonstrates results of learning activities delivered to the business, and ensure highly evolved data analysis &amp; metrics process is in place for ongoing reporting to the organization<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze data on pre- and post-training feedback\/survey and prepare Learning and Development analytics for Management reports<\/li>\n<li>Overall coordination of the X-Academy, ensuring the quality of programmes offered by the XAcademy meets the needs of target participants and globally acceptable standards<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for promoting programmes offered by the Academy, and ensuring set targets on volume (number of programmes) and value (revenue) are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the X-Academy budget \u2013 preparing, overseeing, managing and tracking spend and revenue generation<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality assurance on all information (both internal &amp; external) pertaining to the X-Academy and its programmes<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate content development for instructor led sessions, podcasts, webinars and other e-learning platforms, etc<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing X-Academy \u201crisk review\u201d wherein key features of X-Academy are itemized, risk mitigators and aggravators are identified, and a risk assessment is performed.
