As a result of expanding demand, it has become imperative to fill the following position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Social Media Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Mainland<br \/>\n<strong>Job Overview<\/strong><br \/>\nThis position is for individuals who desire to build a career as social media professionals, in a media technology environment. \u00a0We are looking for smart, savvy, self-driven individuals with great communication skills, willing and able to thrive in our intense, yet, friendly, low supervision culture which values and rewards peak performance.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidates MUST be\u00a0<strong>versatile<\/strong>, have the capacity to study, create content, and intelligibly discuss subjects spanning diverse fields and sectors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a social strategy that creates buzz, attracts new members, drives community engagement, and ensures that all assigned brands are well-represented on social media.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, test, measure, deploy and manage content across social media channels for assigned brands.<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to editors, and bloggers to arrange guest posts, interviews, vlog contributions etc.<\/li>\n<li>Create innovative social programs with cohesive points-of-view, finding new ways to integrate our client\u2019s brick-n-mortar experience into social.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure social user feedback is \u201cheard\u201d and incorporated into regular reports for all assigned clients.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report new social trends, especially tent poles, and incorporate same into the social engagement plans of assigned brands as appropriate, ensuring the brands remain socially relevant.<\/li>\n<li>Provide online\/social media funnel support for the assigned brands.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the team\u2019s social media calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and organised documentation on all clients\u2019 projects and communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience identifying, targeting, and mobilizing relevant opinion leaders (trending and budding), tastemakers and influencers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in new media as a tool for communication and development.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, others).<\/li>\n<li>Great attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation, persuasion, and relationship skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to rapid professional growth and development.<\/li>\n<li>Image manipulation, creative writing, and video manipulation skills are an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Qualification: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in any discipline (Second class upper &amp; above only), or HND in any discipline (Distinction only).<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Digital \/ Social Media Management Certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2years post-NYSC experience in a relevant position (client-side, agency-side or editorial).<\/li>\n<li>Suitably qualified candidates with less relevant experience can apply as Trainee Social Media Analysts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Procedure<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates should forward their current CV to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:babasolakp@gmail.com\">babasolakp@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0stating the desired position in the subject line.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PXC Digital is an imprint of Pixcentric, an organization focused on developing tools that leverage technology to solve problems sustainably, ultimately making life better for people.
