{"id":44623,"date":"2017-11-08T10:26:15","date_gmt":"2017-11-08T09:26:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=44623"},"modified":"2017-11-08T10:26:15","modified_gmt":"2017-11-08T09:26:15","slug":"apin-public-health-initiatives-new-graduate-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/apin-public-health-initiatives-new-graduate-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"APIN Public Health Initiatives New Graduate Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>APIN Public Health Initiatives (APIN) is a non-governmental donor-funded organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, care and support of diseases of public health importance in Nigeria, including HIV\/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, among others.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Associate \u2013 Front Desk<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja\u00a0<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide administrative support and manage day-to-day running of the office reception area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Task<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, direct and manage enquiries from all visitors, implementing partners, and vendors coming to APIN office by routing them to the most appropriate authority.<\/li>\n<li>Overall manning of the Front Office by working closely with the cleaners and security officers for proper cleanliness and orderliness of the organization\u2019s first point of contact.<\/li>\n<li>Interfacing with Newspaper vendor for daily supplies of newspapers and magazines for the office; and preparing weekly payment for same.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update phone contacts of all APIN staff and share updated copy every quarter to capture new joiners and exclude those that have exited from the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Produce electronic copies of documents by scanning, as requested by staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation for, and reporting on, training programmes, especially in the design and printing of certificates and tags for training participants.<\/li>\n<li>Place and screen both internal and external telephone calls and answer enquiries with discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Track all outgoing official mails to ensure delivery, and dispatch all incoming emails duly documented in the internal movement register.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage individual files for all stakeholders and as well as retrieving all treated letters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years cognate experience with a first degree or HND in any discipline in the Social Sciences or Humanities.
