\/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an innovative and driven business development Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team.<\/li>\n<li>The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales &amp; marketing strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>We are seeking a candidate who is creatively-minded and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our customers and their needs.<\/li>\n<li>The individual is expected to be passionate and promote the brand accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partnering with clients to deliver strategic Telecoms Value Added Services and Solutions<\/li>\n<li>VAS Conceptualization &amp; targeted Content development.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage strong relationship with new and existing stakeholders including Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and 3rd Parties content owners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the delivery projects on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Leveraging a strong relationship to drive prompt payment by partners.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers while ensuring DGS is top of mind for strategic business support by our partners.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly searching for and developing new business opportunities in the Telecommunications and digital industry in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Strategically complementing Mobile Network Operators \u2018effort in deploying Customer Loyalty Management propositions.<\/li>\n<li>Articulation and implementation of mobile marketing strategies both for clients and for the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze qualitative data, costs, ROI, and programme benefits and recommend programme improvements and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Content creation and publishing on various platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with colleagues and peers in other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 2.1.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should make the job title the subject of their application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good working knowledge of the Telecom\u2019s Value Added Services (VAS) and eco-system.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess confidence and supervisory capacity for an excellent team performance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skill.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and persuasion skill.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self-starter with drive for excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Must not be more than 28years.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skill.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity for supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Female Accountant\/Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant must possess minimum qualification OND or HND with Upper Credit<\/li>\n<li>Must have good reasoning and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a sound knowledge of accounting and the use of some accounting packages e.g. sage.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside on Lagos mainland.<\/li>\n<li>Must be between 20-25 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Must be ready to start work immediately<\/li>\n<li>Must possess sound knowledge of excel.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess the capacity to take charge with little supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0VAS Content Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing mobile marketing strategies for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly searching for and developing new business opportunities in the Telecommunications industry in West Africa<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing for quality content that will further drive incremental revenue of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all VAS platforms\/applications are up and running.<\/li>\n<li>Building strong and sustainable relationship with clients both existing and new.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Operators\u2019 prompt approval of uploaded content on the VAS platforms\/portals.<\/li>\n<li>Testing and evaluation of both existing and newly configured\/published\/approved services.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the idea generation, conceptualization, design, development, management and monitoring of simple and complex products, Value Added Services, and applications that meet the needs and aspiration of DGS\u2019 customers.<\/li>\n<li>Actively driving Products and services uptake via effective and efficient Customer Loyalty Management (CLM) strategies, Value Added Services and content segmentation including development and management of weekly campaign calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Day to day management and administration of VAS portals.<\/li>\n<li>Engage the business on ongoing product development projects status by timely update and sharing of product development checklist with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other tasks as may be required by the
