We provide travel solutions for all your personal and business travel needs; from travel consultations to ticketing and reservations, tours and transfer to consular services, our main goal is to satisfy all your travel needs, we sell the world to you.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Recovery Agent<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to all online requests within 2 minutes of request time.<\/li>\n<li>Contact customers to ensure all booking details are correct so as to ensure error-free booking on tickets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the swift response to request, communicate all pending request to Manager, and ensure all pending request are closed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer\u2019s feedback and communicate areas of complains to the appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Promptly inform customers and clients of changes made to Itinerary of booked ticket, to enable proper preparation of the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain database of customers and client that book online and occasionally promote the organization to them via emails and phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain effective customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction at all time<\/li>\n<li>Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the areas of making travel arrangements, building Passenger Name Records (PNR\u2019s) and profiles.<\/li>\n<li>Stay well informed of all travel and ticket information, advice client accordingly, and keep customers informed as well, to aid proper decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>2-3years relevant experience as a Recovery Agent\/Ticketing and reservation officer<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS; with Amadeus certification<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in Lagos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@finchglowtravels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@finchglowtravels.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>10th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finchglow Travels is a world class Travel Management Company.
