Position is located in Lagos, Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>No direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Works as part of the Support organization contracts Renewals team<\/li>\n<li>Deliver to set renewal booking target and specific KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detailed Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for timely renewals for medium-sized to large customers in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle*s portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be responsible for Renewing Support Contract for both Hardware &amp; Software<\/li>\n<li>Performing Quality Assurance on regional Support renewals business<\/li>\n<li>Executing sales activities (e.g. presentations)<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining Account plans for Top Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating and commercial management of designated Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Managing the bid process through to closure<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring client issues are escalated to the relevant parties within Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Positioning the value of Support to customers<\/li>\n<li>Working with designated Partner organizations on specific opportunities and renewals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Good relations between Oracle, its customers and business partners<\/li>\n<li>Presenting quotations to clients and manage them through the approval process<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining Support Renewal forecasts and Oracle Service Contracts system (OKS)<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers in the designated Accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with existing Renewal Reps in Sub-Saharan Africa<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and key contacts in the Account<\/li>\n<li>Produce regular and accurate forecasts as requested by the Service Sales Director. Ensure OKS is updated daily.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a breadth of knowledge of Oracle\u2019s products and Services<\/li>\n<li>Operate in line with Oracle\u2019s business processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships within Support and across Lines of Business.<\/li>\n<li>Write approval requests, where necessary, in compliance with Oracle standards.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain appropriate management approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the contracts are legally compliant and commercially viable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8-12 years experience in sales or related area.<\/li>\n<li>Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.<\/li>\n<li>Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical\/business skills in area of specialization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Competiencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 Years experience in IT Market<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of sales cycle and process<\/li>\n<li>Experience of Service Selling<\/li>\n<li>Detailed Description and Job Requirements<\/li>\n<li>Drive the renewal of Oracle*s contracts to existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Local and English Language<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel &amp;
