We contribute to society\u2019s ability to support growing healthcare needs by pioneering novel approaches to help people around the world access high-quality medicine.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Field Force<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 226710BR<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\nFunctional Area: Commercial &amp; General Management<br \/>\nJob Type: Full Time<br \/>\nEmployment Type: Regular<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive Country top-line performance through effective coordination, training and allocation of Country field force resources and personnel<\/li>\n<li>Working collaboratively with the Business Franchise and Business Unit heads, manage Country sales resource demands<\/li>\n<li>Lead the field force team on all people management issues, including high-level selection, retention, and development processes<\/li>\n<li>Key interfaces include: Commercial Head; Business Franchise Heads; Head of Marketing Operations; KAM Head; regional and global Sales leaders<\/li>\n<li>Establish coherent and state-of-the art sales strategy and tactics for the country, taking into account competitive intelligence regarding sales practices, as well as lessons from broader organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development of pre-launch sales plans for all new products<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the sales group and sales field force structure to support the emerging needs of the Business Franchises and Business Units and allocate resources in accordance with Country priorities<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales-force motivation, working closely with local HR and local sales force leaders to articulate effectively the strategy for recording and improving sales processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure development and roll out of Sale Force Effectiveness tools<\/li>\n<li>Build sales force capabilities across the Country, working with local and Regional markets to create a curriculum of training and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Key teams include: Customer Board; Customer Sales Management Committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2nd Degree in relevant subject or Professional Qualification<\/li>\n<li>MBA preferred English<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership ability, including ability to motivate associates with different backgrounds and skill levels<\/li>\n<li>Extensive sales and sales leadership experience (10-12 years), ideally garnered in local as well as international roles<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in Pharmaceutical sales-leadership roles<\/li>\n<li>High degree of customer focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sjobs.brassring.com\/TGWebHost\/jobdetails.aspx?partnerid=13617&amp;siteid=5260&amp;alcon&amp;jobId=2522979&amp;JobReqLang=140&amp;codes=LIIN-W\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to Apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sandoz is a global leader in generic pharmaceuticals and biosimilars.
