We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0High End Account Representative<br \/>\n<\/strong><span class=\"jobdetails-labels\"><strong>Reference No.:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"jobdetails-description-text\">HEJABINBEV<br \/>\n<\/span><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0 Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\nWork Level: Senior<br \/>\nType: Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe key purpose of the High End Account Representative is to challenge the beer market by implementing a consumer driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consumer and Brand driven<\/li>\n<li>Obsessed with High End In Trade Execution<\/li>\n<li>Building experiences in trade that will enable Topline Growth<\/li>\n<li>Bring about innovation in the beer category<\/li>\n<li>Maximize sales volume and market share:\n<ul>\n<li>Implement National \/ Regional campaigns in relation to the segment channel management process<\/li>\n<li>Achieve pre-determined sales \/ brands and market share targets<\/li>\n<li>Influence liquor retail pricing within segments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain stock levels within segments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Service outlets:\n<ul>\n<li>Handle Customer and Consumer complaints and queries<\/li>\n<li>Manage product quality in relation to ABInBev quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales administration<\/li>\n<li>Develop sound business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer call rate as per ABInBev tailored service packages sector.<\/li>\n<li>Provide merchandising support by means of BTL placements and cold category solutions<\/li>\n<li>Determine pre-call planning objectives<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nKey Deliverables and Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree and ideally a minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar FMCG Company, with an exceptional performance track record<\/li>\n<li>Ability to have commercial conversations on High End Brands with Customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence customers and consumers<\/li>\n<li>Proven verbal ability and communication skills in current role<\/li>\n<li>Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage self and territory<\/li>\n<li>Strong achievement orientation and never satisfied with results.<\/li>\n<li>Persuasiveness and selling ability<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of premium execution and be able to differentiate between mainstream execution and premium execution<\/li>\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Ability to have commercial conversations on High End Brands with Customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence customers and consumers<\/li>\n<li>Proven verbal ability and communication skills in current role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Related<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sabmiller.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Job?Ref=Sm9iSWQ9Mjc3JlNvdXJjZT0=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to Apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
