Due to internal expansion and re-structuring, they are looking for the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Real Estate Business Executive<br \/>\nJob Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Real Estate Business Executive shall build a business and brand presence. Which includes market research, analysis and advisory.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she shall be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans designed to attract the attention and interest of potential clients, decision process and lead to the closing of deal.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing client contacts and establish new contacts through networking.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge and experience in all aspects of digital marketing and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Accomplish financial objectives by paying bills, preparing an annual budget with assistance, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action.<\/li>\n<li>Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Accomplish organization goals by eagerly accepting ownership over new and different tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.<\/li>\n<li>Show desire to forge connections, build trust and manage long-term relationships with individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize web-based tools to manage a database of customers and prospects. -Assist potential clients with fiscal decisions concerning real estate.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve disagreements\/issues that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property<\/li>\n<li>Promote property through marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Design promotional ideas to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Man Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification: A degree in any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 1 -2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in real estate market research, analysis or advisory<\/li>\n<li>International studies or work experience good but it is not compulsory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposed, confident energetic and well-spoken<\/li>\n<li>Strong people and market research skills<\/li>\n<li>Leasing<\/li>\n<li>Customer care<\/li>\n<li>Record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Some financial record keeping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:preye@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>preye@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only successful candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>kindly make the subject of the mail the job title<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>16th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hamilton Lloyd and Associates \u2013 Our client, one of Nigeria\u2019s leading Real Estate Company.
