Retail Management Services, we are recruiting suitably and qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Properties<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate, coordinate and close property sales on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, coordinate and close property leases \/letting on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, process and manage real estate investment portfolios<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for title searches, conduct title processing\/surveys and carry out due diligence on properties<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential property development schemes under the joint venture model which the firm can participate in<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential strategic lands for site and service projects<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Manage properties\/estates on behalf of owners \/ Estate Resident Associations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate should be a smart and business savvy individual with 10 years experience in estate management and related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must possess a bachelor\u2019s degree with a minimum of second class lower award from an accredited institution in estate management or related disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to this, the candidate must have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up-to-date technical knowledge applicable to the job.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of types of real estate investments<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of applicable laws and agency rules<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business savvy\/result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Persistence<\/li>\n<li>A flair for sales and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop strategy and manage its implementation<\/li>\n<li>High level of honesty and integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@atandagroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@atandagroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AT&amp;A Group Limited offers Investment, Properties &amp;
