{"id":44880,"date":"2017-11-14T11:30:56","date_gmt":"2017-11-14T10:30:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=44880"},"modified":"2017-11-14T11:14:04","modified_gmt":"2017-11-14T10:14:04","slug":"lorache-group-current-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/lorache-group-current-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Lorache Group Current Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lorache Group is a Marketing Management, Human Capital Development and Business Process &amp; Strategist Consultancy Outfit, registered with Company &amp; Allied Commission (CAC) of Nigeria to perform such businesses.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Engineer- Onsite Technical Support<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\nReport to: Direct \u2013 Supervisor Technical Support Group; HOD<strong><br \/>\nMajor Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage incidents, respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone &amp; email<\/li>\n<li>Ensure installation, maintenance and troubleshooting is carried out within agreed OLA.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for resolving concerns on signal strength, signal to noise ratio and similar parameters in accordance to Spectranet approved standard.<\/li>\n<li>Share insight &amp; appropriate action against bandwidth consumption, virus infection and security threats.<\/li>\n<li>Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily activity reports<\/li>\n<li>Inform management of recurring problems.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for supporting post-sales customer activity remotely and on-site.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for carrying out detailed Site Survey &amp; maintain proper documentation<\/li>\n<li>Perform installation and implementation and network integration at customer\u2019s site<\/li>\n<li>Promptly investigate, resolve &amp; report any incidents, errors, events or deviations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Graduate \/ Post Graduate in Electrical\/Electronics\/ Computer\/Communication\/InfTech<\/li>\n<li>Desired Experience 1 to 3 years in similar profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essential Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in WiFi, WiMAx, LTE, TCP\/IP, WLAN, Ethernet, LAN, WAN,<\/li>\n<li>Device\/Network level Troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Computers (OS &amp; Application Level), Analytical, Internet and Tech savvy, Customer Focused, Team Player.<\/li>\n<li>Desired Results Relevant Industry Experience, been on the front desk handling customers and team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@lorachegroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@lorachegroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>17th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lorache Group is a Marketing Management, Human Capital Development and Business Process &amp; Strategist Consultancy Outfit, registered with Company &amp; Allied Commission (CAC) of Nigeria to perform such businesses.
