We help businesses maximize their technological resources for optimal productivity by creating well built IT solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a fast-paced, structured environment and requires the ability to multi-task while delivering high levels of customer service.<\/li>\n<li>You will be required to professionally and enthusiastically answer and route calls, greet visitors, and utilize an on-line knowledge base to answer questions via phone, email and online chat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer questions and address customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Secure potential customers by answering product and service questions<\/li>\n<li>Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\u2019s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service\u2019s departmental team.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly provides feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department\u2019s policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates the collection of competitive information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements and recommends to senior management adoption and\/or changes to policies and guidelines to reflect circumstances within the customer service area.<\/li>\n<li>Initiates required action for response to customer service request including the maintenance of customer payments and\u00a0 communicates unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages<\/li>\n<li>Receives inquiries from and\/or contacts the organization\u2019s branch\/regional offices to resolve a variety of issues.<\/li>\n<li>Accesses the company\u2019s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports<\/li>\n<li>Performs assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of OND in any course.<\/li>\n<li>Should reside within or close to Yaba for ease of commute.<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualifications from the recognized professional boards, will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and as a team (must be very sociable).<\/li>\n<li>Punctual and attentive to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal, written and listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to remain calm in all situations.<\/li>\n<li>At least 6 months working experience in a similar field.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Word.<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunication or customer care representative experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent and fluent in both written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@humanaware.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@humanaware.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>21st December, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human-Aware Real-Time Solutions Ltd is a provider of cutting edge technology solutions for businesses and non-profits.
