We provide full training and career advancement in this globally expanding industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essential Job Functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer incoming calls regarding general billing, service related and product questions<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer accounts and determine appropriate resolution<\/li>\n<li>Process payments<\/li>\n<li>Process Service Requests<\/li>\n<li>The ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints while remaining courteous when faced with difficult or angry customers<\/li>\n<li>Performance which meets or surpasses Company goals related to quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience and Educational Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of one year current experience working in a customer oriented business<\/li>\n<li>Must exhibit excellent customer service interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, both orally and written<\/li>\n<li>Experience using telephone equipment, computers and various other office products such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer software navigation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise good judgment and utilize critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem resolution skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a fast paced call support environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute<\/li>\n<li>Excellent listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work a flexible schedule<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to sit for long duration of time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Minimum of SSCE<\/p>\n<p>Must live around Ikeja, salary is between \u20a625,000 and \u20a640,000<\/p>\n<p>Must be available to start immediately<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently looking for an experienced front desk individual with a strong background in customer service.
