Growth<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head of Marketing &amp; Growth will manage the strategic and tactical direction of our marketing efforts to drive growth targets through strategic partnerships, data-driven marketing, demand generation campaigns and product positioning.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will also oversee social media, PPC, SEO, SEM, FB ads, e-mail marketing and will perform periodic analysis across all channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead strategic decision making related to developing new partnerships and manage existing partnerships with other organisations and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing implementation of marketing strategy \u2013 including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Guiding day to day activities of marketing team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience<\/li>\n<li>Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points<\/li>\n<li>Identify new areas of e-Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking for increasing sales<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute all web, SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain our online and social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests<\/li>\n<li>Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate\/invest funds wisely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6-8 years similar experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Competencies and Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics, including site traffic, conversion, spend, click-through rate, and more<\/li>\n<li>Revenue focused and has a broad skill set drawing from sales, marketing, operations, and business analytics<\/li>\n<li>Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional work ethic, strategic vision, organizational skills and the ability to deliver results<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital analytics reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Sales<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mind, result driven, and passionate<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s\/Resume with a detailed cover letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@dealdey.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@dealdey.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u2018Head of Marketing and Growth\u2019 as the email subject.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNote<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications with incorrect email references will not be reviewed.<\/li>\n<li>This recruitment process will be completed within 2 weeks of the closing date of the advert.<\/li>\n<li>If you have not been contacted within this period, please assume on this occasion that you have been unsuccessful.<\/li>\n<li>Unfortunately, we are unable to offer feedback to candidates who have not been shortlisted for interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DealDey Limited is the first E-commerce company in Nigeria and the fastest growing E-commerce company in Africa.
