Role is located in Abuja. Successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and executing a corporate client account business plan that includes both transactional and strategic initiatives to grow Airtel\u2019s presence in the market<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the Key Account Managers to ensure proper nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic support to enhance the delivery of the regional corporate sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Develop procedures for setting and communcating corporate sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure minimal delays in the deployment and communication of enterprise solutions\u00a0 by the Key Account Managers to concerned customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely execution of all enterprise contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Decisions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to market dynamics and recommending measures to increase sales from corporate and alternate customers<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and review of Key Account Managers\u2019 and Alternate Channels on their Sales and AMrket expanson activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Major Challenges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expanding Airtel sales coverage<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective and timely communication of all schemes and product launches to all Corporate clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Measurable Metrics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Postpaid gross adds\/ activations and Enterprise Solutions\u2019 orders<\/li>\n<li>Activatins withn SLA<\/li>\n<li>Query resolution within SLA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants must have;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar discipline, an MBA would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>5-7 Years work experience, 2-3 years in Coporate and Enterprise Solutions products\/ services, Sales\/ Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Sound analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of planning &amp; execution capabilities\/ Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer centric<\/li>\n<li>3 years experience in Telecoms<\/li>\n<li>Enterprenuerial and Business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/461851567\/?recommendedFlavor=true&amp;refId=5763605701510732873760&amp;trk=d_flagship3_search_srp_jobs&amp;lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs%3BrlUiWWuBSLetWNXFJY5LwQ%3D%3D&amp;licu=urn%3Ali%3Acontrol%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs-A_jobssearch_job_result_click\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to Apply for this Position<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Channel Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nLooking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of Channel Manager in Lagos.\u00a0 Successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisition, management and retention of SME\/SMB\u2019s directly and indirectly through channel partners<\/li>\n<li>Third party channel management<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and coordinating the recruitment, training and development of Field Sales Agents<\/li>\n<li>Market and Competitor analysis. Monitoring the activities of competition in our target market and customer segment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with learning and development and Marketing for product, process and behavioural training of Field Sales employees and Channel Partners<\/li>\n<li>Performance management.
