be responsible for the following main activities in order to ensure the quality of care in the mobile clinics:<\/li>\n<li>Stock management in link with mobile clinics<\/li>\n<li>Distribution of drugs during the mobile clinics<\/li>\n<li>Collection, computerization and analysis of weekly drugs consumption<\/li>\n<li>Reporting and attendance to different meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tasks Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stock management in link with mobile clinics<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all the necessary drugs, material and equipment for mobile clinics and ensure that everything is ready before to leave MdM office<\/li>\n<li>Realize the pharmacy stock management (in\/out) at the mobile clinic<\/li>\n<li>Calculate daily consumption for each item in order to anticipate any shortage<\/li>\n<li>Do a weekly physical inventory of mobile clinic pharmacy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly drugs orders to MdM central pharmacy with the assistance of the medical doctors and paramedics staff<\/li>\n<li>Distribution of drugs during the mobile clinics<\/li>\n<li>Give the drugs according to the medical prescription.<\/li>\n<li>Ask the medical doctor or the midwife to complete their prescription in case of incomplete information (dosage, duration\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Indicate the name, presentation and dosage of the drugs on the dispensing bag.<\/li>\n<li>Explain to the patient how to take the treatment and make sure that the explanations have been understood<\/li>\n<li>Explain the potential side effects of a drug to the patient<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the daily consumption form for each item<\/li>\n<li>Ensure patient confidentiality is respected and treat all the patients with respect and dignity<\/li>\n<li>Collection, computerization and analysis of weekly drugs responsible for the following main activities in order to ensure the quality of care in the mobile clinics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provision of free of charge curative health consultations<\/li>\n<li>Admission, weekly medical follow-up and discharge of the malnourished children in OTP program<\/li>\n<li>Collection, computerization and analysis of weekly epidemiological data<\/li>\n<li>Reporting and attendance to different meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tasks Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provision of free of charge curative health consultations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all the necessary drugs, material and equipment for mobile clinics and ensure that everything is ready before to leave MdM office<\/li>\n<li>Follow the basic medical rules of hygiene when performing curative health consultations<\/li>\n<li>Participate actively in triage activities before to start curative health consultations<\/li>\n<li>Perform curative consultations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Take a proper medical history including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reason for consultation<\/li>\n<li>Duration of the illness or complaints<\/li>\n<li>Main symptoms<\/li>\n<li>Past medical history and treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform a correct physical examination:<\/li>\n<li>Inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation<\/li>\n<li>Systematic checking of signs of severity<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and treat the diseases according to protocols in use (i.e. clinical guidelines)<\/li>\n<li>Write the most important complaints, signs, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment on the patient\u2019s registration form.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the treatment to the patient<\/li>\n<li>Give individual health education related to the patient\u2019s disease<\/li>\n<li>Manage emergency cases according to MdM protocols and regulation<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the registration form for each patient, according to the diagnosis of the morbidity surveillance form<\/li>\n<li>Check the immunization status for all EPI targeted children and referred the unvaccinated children to the vaccinator<\/li>\n<li>Investigate any information regarding unusual health events or diseases outbreak, provided through any source<\/li>\n<li>Ensure patient confidentiality is respected and treat all the patients with respect and dignity<\/li>\n<li>Admission, weekly medical follow-up and discharge of the malnourished children in OTP program<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all the 6-59 months children have been screened (MUAC, H\/W and edemas)<\/li>\n<li>Admit new cases in OTP program according to the criteria\u2019s of national nutrition protocol and give systematic treatment for SAM casesEnsure weekly follow up of SAM cases and adapt RUTF doses<\/li>\n<li>Discharge cases according to the criteria\u2019s of national nutrition protocol<\/li>\n<li>Refer complicated SAM cases to identified Stabilization Center<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the specific OTP form<\/li>\n<li>Collection, computerization and analysis of weekly epidemiological data<\/li>\n<li>Perform the daily data collection regarding curative consultations<\/li>\n<li>Participate to the weekly computerization and analysis of the
