Our objectives are to assist organizations to achieve their growth aspirations by providing market intelligence, strategy blueprint, IT solution delivery expertise and business operation improvement capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for one of our highly successful clients to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Summary Description of Key Responsibilities\/Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure company services and projects are delivered on time and to specification.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, Solve (where possible) or escalate operational issues.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate day to day inter departmental activities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer, vendor, MNO and Industry Regulator relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain service standards by ensuring internal processes are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure relevant information is shared among all departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational and Professional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 4-6 years relevant or transferable experience. 40% must be VAS experience.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate Management Programs (e.g. Project Management, Product Management).<\/li>\n<li>Completed NYSC.<\/li>\n<li>Post Graduate Degree, MA\/MBA\/MSc [optional].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Experience and Training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management\/support.<\/li>\n<li>Service Delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Customer\/Vendor Service management.<\/li>\n<li>Process Management.<\/li>\n<li>Software\/Systems Development\/Quality Assurance (or other technology related discipline).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentable, well spoken with good interpersonal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Logical thinker and problem solver.<\/li>\n<li>Professional, Mature (Not age).<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a can do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>People, results and solutions oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills and Trustworthy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent documentation and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
