We are funded by an annual grant from Heirs Holdings and supported by the group\u2019s investee companies. In turn, we provide support to the philanthropic activities of the Heirs Holdings Group.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Entrepreneurship Programme Manager (EPM)<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Entrepreneurship Programme Manager will be responsible for strategic project management and implementation of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Programme.<\/li>\n<li>The job holder will be actively involved in cultivating, managing and nurturing internal and external relationships that are critical to the delivery of the Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Streamline project execution with strategic vision and purpose of the TEF Entrepreneurship Programme.<\/li>\n<li>Create project management controls and templates for finance, communications and programme related events<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement systems for monitoring and evaluation of start-ups on the programme<\/li>\n<li>Develop proposals for tracking start-ups\u2019 journeys with the Foundation and programme from entry to graduation and beyond.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the team schedule for project delivery and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Optimise Programme resources to deliver on time and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage expertise, skills, and networks, to provide advisory support to the Executive leadership as required<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Develop systems for tracking project execution online and offline.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage pipeline of programme mentors, ensuring high level of engagement and affinity with the Programme.<\/li>\n<li>Development and update of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) TEF, applicants, mentors and the selection board<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement of programme processes and elements, conducting annual review, identifying and executing strategic improvement plans for key programme areas<\/li>\n<li>Work with Legal and Compliance teams to identify and mitigate programme risk factors at all stages.<\/li>\n<li>Selection and management of key vendors, ensuring alignment with programmatic goals and timelines for executing on strategic elements<\/li>\n<li>Refinement of application and mentor terms &amp; conditions, application form and eligibility and selection criteria<\/li>\n<li>Planning and coordination of programme related activities e.g. TEF Forum, Programme Webinars and training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Executive, Partnerships and Alumni offices to deliver on key programmes of support for start-ups<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver regular status reports on the key programme\u2019s activities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the work of EPAs in implementing key aspects of the programme to a high standard, and ensure programme KPIs are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Work with Marketing and Communications team to drive awareness of the programme and achieve strategic goals for each phase from applications to graduation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in a similar capacity<\/li>\n<li>An advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration or MBA.<\/li>\n<li>A strategic thinker and self-start.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and Entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent reputation for Integrity and judgement.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of using web applications and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Advanced Excel, MS Project, Word, Power Point.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of budget management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer\/client service orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tonyelumelufoundation.org\/careers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNote<\/strong>: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>29th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Tony Elumelu Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Heirs Holdings, an African investment firm.
