Established in 1994, ARM started operations as a traditional asset management company specialising in the management of quoted equities and fixed income securities.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Loyalty Program Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end management of the ARM Elite\u2122 customer loyalty programme, with core objective of driving clientele loyalty and engagement with the ARM brand in order to allow ARM derive maximum Customer Lifetime Value (CTV)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program delivery: Responsible for overall performance of the ARM Elite\u2122 customer loyalty programme across the different customer segmentations with a strong focus on driving customer experience and maximizing customer lifecycle value.<\/li>\n<li>Program Mechanics: Responsible for managing the programme\u2019s infrastructure (e.g. CRM) and mechanics (points system).<\/li>\n<li>Operations: Responsible for the daily operation of the customer loyalty desk, identifying and resolving issues that impact member experience, and sharing best practices with the Business Development teams (ARM IM &amp; ARM Pensions) and Program steering committee.<\/li>\n<li>Innovation: Continually improve and innovate the firm\u2019s ARM Elite\u2122 customer loyalty programme in line with best-fit for the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Partnerships: Enrollment of new vendors\/merchants on the Elite reward network, and management of relationships with existing vendors on the network to enhance and add partnerships that fit the needs and aspirations of ARM Elite\u2122 loyalty card holders.<\/li>\n<li>Member Engagement: Conceptualize and execute initiatives that drive the ARM Elite programme\u2019s goal of differentiating the ARM brand, developing Member experiences, and driving awareness of ARM value proposition &amp; products.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Strategy and Tactics: Develop and implement strategies with for driving visibility of the customer loyalty programme amongst the firm\u2019s clientele, as well as communicating current offerings to enrolled clientele.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting: Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports on relevant and key metrics on the ARM Elite\u2122 customer loyalty programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A B.Sc degree<\/li>\n<li>A Masters degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 experience in the same role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Confident and comfortable with clients;<\/li>\n<li>Creative problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Hard-working and diligent;<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic and quick-thinking;<\/li>\n<li>Articulate in oral and written communication;<\/li>\n<li>Team players focused toward achieving group objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/armcareers.com\/arm\/?!=vacancy.view@129\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>18th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARM Life is the Insurance subsidiary of Asset &amp; Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM).
