We blend intelligent creativity with a sincere collaborative approach, consistently delivering powerful results for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Graphic\/Creative Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Plans concept by studying information and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.<\/li>\n<li>Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>The above list is not exhaustive of all duties responsible for and all other jobs none specified in the description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience gained in a Graphic Design or relevant agency with a good understanding of design process and creative direction;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate with clients and deliver presentations;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to lead and mentor a team;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with brand identity design;<\/li>\n<li>A thoughtful perspective on design;<\/li>\n<li>An interest in brand planning and strategy;<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding and experience of the artwork process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good use of Multimedia and design software (e.g. Photoshop, illustrator, Acrobat etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Good visual ideation\/creativity<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of color space, printing processes, color separation, grid layout and master pages<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of font-families, line-height, tracking and more<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge on how to utilize, contrast, juxtapose, and mix different colours based on context<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of layout\/conversion optimization<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Deadline oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Portfolios and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@ellaecreative.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@ellaecreative.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject title \u201cApplication for \u201cGraphic\/Creative Designer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0You would not be shortlisted to the next recruitment stage without a portfolio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Graphic\/Creative Designer is an energetic and talented creative agency, set center stage in Lagos, Nigeria.
