{"id":45190,"date":"2017-11-22T09:40:04","date_gmt":"2017-11-22T08:40:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=45190"},"modified":"2017-11-21T13:17:12","modified_gmt":"2017-11-21T12:17:12","slug":"quadrant-network-services-limited-job-vacancies-2-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/quadrant-network-services-limited-job-vacancies-2-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Quadrant Network Services Limited Job Vacancies [2 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>eRecruiter-Quadrant Network Services Limited, a subsidiary of Quadrant GROUP- is an investment development \/ business intelligence firm strategically positioned to grow the wealth of our investors with open seed capital options that inspire customers, extend capabilities and advance businesses with state of the art technology for fast, effective and reliable solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Nationwide<strong><br \/>\nPrimary Objective of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To drive the sales of company\u2019s product and services.<\/li>\n<li>To support the organisation\u2019s marketing activities and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute to the process of adding value to the business.<\/li>\n<li>To strive towards targets achievement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Product Awareness\/Promotion<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nSales and Marketing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Head of Marketing in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the achievement of the department\u2019s goals and target.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and attend marketing activities, exhibitions or PR events to raise brand awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department\u2019s operations<\/li>\n<li>Support the planning and attend\u00a0 marketing activities or PR events to raise brand awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the planning of advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media i.e. social, print etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and distribute to the target market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Product Awareness\/Promotion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in marketing company\u2019s products to potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the promotion of the company\u2019s products and services such as Cryptocurrency, Swissgolden and Binary Options Trading to enhance product awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on the opening of new client accounts and process necessary documentations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed knowledge of the company\u2019s product and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customer Relationship:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide assistance to customers through face to face contact, live chat, telephone or email correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Adequately handle clients\u2019 complaints and provide resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Customer Service Team to ensure the Know Your Customers (KYC) procedures are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to customers through face to face contact, live chat, telephone or email correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Build and foster a sustainable customer relationship with new and existing clients to enhance customer retention.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss assigned client\u2019s account with them, answer questions or arrange meetings as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to and provide answers to customers on investment options enquiries and queries through face to face contact, email or phone.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on client requests such as payments, withdrawals, status, documentations.<\/li>\n<li>Access customers\u2019 details on the system to provide requested information.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual target achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Increase in sales revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Number of positive leads<\/li>\n<li>Return on investment on marketing cost \u2013 advertisement, promotions, running cost.<\/li>\n<li>Rate of customer withdrawal or termination of investment.<\/li>\n<li>Cost per customer acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Prompt response time to client request<\/li>\n<li>Professional detailing of products and services to satisfy the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducational Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Arts, Finance or other relevant fields of study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Relevant Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 \u2013 4 years relevant experience in a marketing or sales role.
