\nThe West Africa Executive works most heavily at the early stage of engagements with our clients, business partners or internal leaders, helping them identify new opportunities for growth for example product or solution offerings, venturing into Africa. It is the role of the Leader to bring shape to problems through looking at it from a number of different angles:
\n\u2022\tBusiness viability \u2013 finance
\n\u2022\tResourcing requirements
\n\u2022\tSustainability
\n\u2022\tTechnology integration<\/p>\n

Driving growth & productivity while always adhering to the highest compliance standards.
\nProvide overall leadership ensuring a common vision and unified operating rhythm.
\nDrive greater penetration to grow beyond entitlement in this market, while also implementing strategies to drive organic growth.
\nCreate a footprint in Nigeria fir GTS Business, focusing on Maintenance and Security.<\/p>\n

Skills <\/strong><\/p>\n

Outstanding verbal, writing and presentation skills.
\nMust be comfortable standing in front of C- level executives
\nFinancial Acumen
\nStrong Negotiation Skills<\/p>\n

Required<\/strong>
\nAssociate’s Degree\/College Diploma
\nAt least 4 years experience in Performing Executive Role For Strategic Initiatives
\nAt least 4 years experience in Building Customer Intimacy and Driving Speed and Quality through an Empowered Regional Operation
\nAt least 4 years experience in Driving Growth and Productivity while always Adhering to the Highest Compliance Standards
\nAt least 4 years experience in Strong Technical Background a must and also must have Run Managed Services (Maintenance, Disaster Recovery, IT Services)
\nAt least 5 years experience in Understanding Budgets and also Financials to run a Business Unit
\nAt least 4 years experience in People Management
\nAt least 4 years experience in Providing Overall Leadership ensuring a Common Vision and Unified Operating Rhythm
\nEnglish: Fluent<\/p>\n

Preferred
\nBachelor’s Degree
\nAt least 5 years experience in Performing Executive Role For Strategic Initiatives
\nAt least 5 years experience in Building Customer Intimacy and Driving Speed and Quality through an Empowered Regional Operation
