Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Liquid Mud Plant Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Req ID:<\/strong> 1268<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate all mud plant operations.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for daily production, fluids testing and quality control, sales and coordination of dispatch for mud hauling.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus<\/li>\n<li>Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our clients\u2019 expectations<\/li>\n<li>Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping<\/li>\n<li>Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.<\/li>\n<li>Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 Years or More proven work experience as a Plant Manager.<\/li>\n<li>10 years or more proven managerial experience.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, with the ability to maintain high levels of service;<\/li>\n<li>Motivated with the ability to effectively work on own initiative;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.<\/li>\n<li>The resilience to deal with periods of work pressure and diplomacy to deal with difficult employees, customers, contactors and others in the course of their duties;<\/li>\n<li>Physical fitness and mental agility to successful function for an extended period if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primary Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrator, Commercial Manager, Drilling Fluids Engineer, MWD, BSc, Business Management, EPC, MS Office, MS Power Point, Oil &amp; Gas, Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.cbizsoft.com\/ucbizjobs\/%28X%281%29S%283k0xihu5kxkja5qqfke0flhm%29%29\/jobview.aspx?jobid=Req-1268&amp;cid=cbizl_okor&amp;consintid=&amp;consid=&amp;contactid=&amp;source=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to Apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry.
