Wartsila is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Coordinator \u2013 Trainee<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Position Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is a temporary and for 4months only, coordinating Field service administrative duties.it is located in Lagos, Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checking and verifying the timesheets \/ FS MOBIITY time registration<\/li>\n<li>Checking and verifying the accuracy of timesheets and forward to payroll departement<\/li>\n<li>Operations personnel on jobs<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the progress of jobs (WIP) and giving admin support to FS engineer<\/li>\n<li>Requesting and following up on the DMRs<\/li>\n<li>Respond to emergency situations on a 24-Hour 7 day basis<\/li>\n<li>Data entry of travel expenses and weekly reports<\/li>\n<li>Filling, maintaining and safe keeping of Field service documents<\/li>\n<li>Cost booking in billable and non billable orders<\/li>\n<li>Make sure all supporting documents needed for invoicing are handed over to Invoicing team<\/li>\n<li>Make sure external and internal invoices are properly booked in the right service orders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of travel (hotel and flight bookings, rental cars, LOI, Visa, passport validity, medical certificate \u2026) for all<\/li>\n<li>Purchase order creation for Operations<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks requested by the Superior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, accurate, open-minded and willing to learn<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Commerce or related field<\/li>\n<li>2 Years or more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/careers.fi\/wartsila\/careers.cgi?action=view&amp;job_id=20786&amp;lang=uk#.WhfGEjfTXIV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to Apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>28th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wartsila is a global leader in advanced technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets.
