offices and touch points globally.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited for the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Corporate Relationship Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strong relationship with key industry stakeholders \u2013 regulators and operators<\/li>\n<li>Perform political, economic, social and technological (PEST) analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage businesses\/relationships across the business sector<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual marketing plans and to achieve targeted growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Secure approval for annual marketing plans and strategies for designated product ranges to enable achievement of targeted growth and profit objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the effective delivery\/extraction of value from the linkage\/value chain activities of the power sector with other areas of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies and structures to encourage effective value chain banking to successfully capture the entire opportunity space in the economic Sectors across the bank<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship teams for profit optimization and achievement of set targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Customer satisfaction at all times, and bring in repeated business by resolving outstanding issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide the bank with information on new contacts and new marketing opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Client relationships management, developing account plans, and delivering proposals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor;s Degree with an MBA, MSC or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9years relevant bank experience;11 years non-banking related experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competences\/Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank Policies, Procedures and Guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of Banking\/Financial Services International Terms of Trade and Guidelines CBN Gudielines<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on Corporate, Trade and Client Relationship<\/li>\n<li>Numerical capability<\/li>\n<li>Good customer relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of financial accounting, trade enhancing existing software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving technical issues through debugging , research and investigatio.<\/li>\n<li>Design , develop and implement creative and innovative software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in user requirement gathering as well as conducts design of solutions to be implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Provide 3rd level support for platform based solutions under purview before final escalation to vendor\/OEM.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of team members with all change management, SDLC and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the support of existing functionality, requested changes, projects, and in the development of new functionalities<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to research goals and build on and refine appropriate outline ideas for the evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation of research<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage the resources necessary for all stages (planning, design estimation, execution) of systems development projects to ensure technical, financial and quality targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on the progress of systems development projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree-Graduate\u00a0 (BSc, BEng, B-Tech)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3+ years of technical consulting experience or as an architect\/programmer, with a minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in Java\/Java based solution development.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of programming \/ systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies with strong Information Systems component.<\/li>\n<li>Possess knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing software solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct research into application development issues and products.<\/li>\n<li>Possess knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing software solutions<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills and demonstrated the ability to build professional relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate ideas
