Helen couture is expanding it\u2019s range.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Receptionist<\/strong><br \/>\nWe at HC are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a dailybasis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As follows:<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office<\/li>\n<li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office<\/li>\n<li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationeryand material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/email<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail\/deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controllingaccess via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)<\/li>\n<li>Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock<\/li>\n<li>Update calendars and schedule meetings<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,transcribing and faxing<\/li>\n<li>Assigning new or lost employee badges<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solver \u2013 develop and apply solutions to identified problems andissuesRequirements<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative orsimilar role<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,and PowerPoint as well as Web and Social media usage.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines andprinters)<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude and appearance<\/li>\n<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks<\/li>\n<li>Customer service attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers atall levels<\/li>\n<li>High school degree<\/li>\n<li>University degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Loss Prevention or Administrative experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Photographers\/Videographers<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nHe\/She must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be creative, with a good eye for details<\/li>\n<li>Be a content person<\/li>\n<li>Be Good with social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Be commercially aware and good at marketing themselves<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent technical and photographic skills<\/li>\n<li>Have good communication,organistional &amp; people skills<\/li>\n<li>Have good IT skills, especially with computer programs such as Photoshop etc.<\/li>\n<li>Be commercially aware and good at marketing themselves<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take direction &amp; generate interesting creative ideas<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of luxury online\/retail market place<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of digital &amp;SLR camera\u2019s (Canon) etc.<\/li>\n<li>work with stylist\/designer as needed to ensure the products are styled efficiently &amp; correctly<\/li>\n<li>Capture the functionality, features, benefits &amp;<\/li>\n<li>uniqueness of individual products (High resolution picture\/videos)etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage exception to images for timely corrections and partner with in-house retouching team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain photo equipment and cleanliness of studio<\/li>\n<li>This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic &amp; emerging in-house fashion photographers\/videographers to be part of our expanding brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nTo be considered an applicant for this position Kindly email adetailed resume and cover letter to\u00a0<strong>Helenlacoustrajobs@gmail.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note, Only those applicants with relevant experience will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HELEN LA COSTURA is a luxury fashion brand with a private atelier in Dubai, London and now in Lagos.
