As a result, we\u2019re perfectly placed to help our clients and candidates deliver the next generation of technology.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0GRC Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Nigeria<strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe following key activities are in scope for the ICT Assessment that would benchmark a bank\u2019s IT against banking best practices and provide recommendations. The security assessment will include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Security Vision, Risk view &amp; Compliance Management Requirements Study relative to industry.<\/li>\n<li>Study of Organizational Structure, Current Roles and Responsibilities &amp; proposal for future organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Development of detailed security strategy and roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Only IT Processes and related infrastructure is in scope<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of existing Security Processes, technology architecture and Programs.<\/li>\n<li>Study of Security Awareness across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Initial run of best fit Information Security Benchmarking Methodology and Process for FBN including handover to internal team.<\/li>\n<li>Policies and prioritized assets shall be subject to review for the purpose of identification of gaps, where the assets shall be prioritized during the initial phases of the assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in working in security the Banking domain (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Worked on Projects involving security benchmarking (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to industry acclaimed information governance, risk and security standards\/frameworks and professional practices (NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, ISSA, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the typical information risk and security operational practices<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of information security related solutions, tools and utilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working in information security risk management, control assessment, and in guiding the client through Control Implementation (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer handling skills of senior stakeholders of client organization, e.g. CISO, CIO (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and awareness of the latest information risk, security and compliance innovations, trends, challenges and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (four-year college or university) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CISA or CISM (Mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CGEIT, or CRISC certification(s) (Desired)<\/li>\n<li>ITIL Foundations (or higher) certification (Desired)<\/li>\n<li>COBIT Foundations certification (Desire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/grc-manager-at-first-point-group-467896764?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A1%2Cposition%3A1%2CMSRPsearchId%3A9369ab1c-55af-4f06-bf41-54baa8d0c6a3&amp;refId=9369ab1c-55af-4f06-bf41-54baa8d0c6a3&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to Apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At First Point Group we\u2019ve made the global telecoms &amp; technology recruitment industry our business.
