{"id":45907,"date":"2017-12-11T15:53:53","date_gmt":"2017-12-11T14:53:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=45907"},"modified":"2017-12-11T15:53:53","modified_gmt":"2017-12-11T14:53:53","slug":"aldelia-job-position-senior-manager-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/aldelia-job-position-senior-manager-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Aldelia Job Position For Senior Manager Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aldelia is a world leader in Permanent and Contract Staffing and Payroll Solutions services, a specialist Oil &amp; Gas, Manpower and Project Services consultancy operating extensively in Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, Africa and South America with Offices in London, Dubai, Brazil, Iraq, Kurdistan, Singapore and Nigeria, our major Oil Exploration and Production companies including ENI, Shell, TOTAL, Petrobras and Odebrecht.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Functional Area:<\/strong> Business Development in Oil and Gas (Upstream)<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Chief Operating Officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall Purpose of Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a team tasked with generating business in the upstream sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring company\u2019s growth objectives are attained; articulating new business development opportunities and identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the formulation, execution and monitoring of company\u2019s business development, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor company performance against agreed business target.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of bids\/proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization\u2019s business goal..<\/li>\n<li>Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate and get new accounts.
