Head quartered in Lagos, Nigeria, the company has pioneered Video-On-Demand for Nollywood content (Nigerian movies) and has aggregated the world\u2019s largest online catalogue of African content, totaling 10,000+ hours.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Call Center Agent<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To grow iROKOtv\u2019s customer base and revenue by signing up subscribers in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Converting inquiries into sales by contacting potential customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on contacting current and potential customer via telephone to sell iROKOtv subscription packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributes to overall team sales by meeting monthly individual targets as well as the team target.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and resolve customer complaints when the need arises<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with product and services information.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase iROKOtv Subscription packages.<\/li>\n<li>Retain customers by managing customers\u2019 accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends product benefits to potential customers to upsell.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on initial contacts by contacting by telephone.<\/li>\n<li>Record all telephone interaction appropriately on the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries\/complaints via email &amp; another channel<\/li>\n<li>Constantly learning new product changes by consistently staying up-to-date with new IROKOtv products\/services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should come to IROKOtv office (see address below) on 19th &amp; 20th of December:<br \/>\n<strong>Number 8, Adebayo Mokuolu Street,<br \/>\nBeside Hotel New Castle,<br \/>\nAnthony Village,<br \/>\nLagos State.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>20th December, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IROKO is Africa\u2019s leading entertainment technology company.
