\n\u2022 Responsible for fiscal management, payment supervision, field accounting and reporting, cash requests.
\n\u2022 Supervision of banking activities, management of staff advances, maintenance of accrual information, and monitoring and auditing of sub-grantee finances<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for assisting the Program Manager in organizing and coordinating program activities.
\n\u2022 Contributing to reports, and performing other programmatic duties as required,<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for assisting the Program Offices in organizing and coordinating program activities.
\n\u2022 Contributing to reports and performing other programmatic duties as required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for researching product specifications, standards, and suppliers;
\n\u2022 Preparing purchase orders and contracts;
\n\u2022 Ensuring adherence to procurement, logistics, and warehousing standards and regulations;
\n\u2022 Coordinating pre-shipment inspections, customs clearance, and inland distribution;
\n\u2022 Processing payments to vendors; and supervising drivers.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of program activities;
\n\u2022 Guiding the development, revision, and approval of the M&E plan; and ensuring regular collection, compilation, and reporting of accurate indicator data.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for managing information systems and practices, supporting staff in maintaining computer equipment and updating software.
\n\u2022 Ensuring continuous Internet connectivity in the office and leading the development and maintenance of any organizational databases.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for assisting the operations Manager with finance management and reporting<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining vehicle and fuel logs;
\n\u2022 Monitoring and maintaining the condition of vehicles; and
\n\u2022 Transporting people supplies or letters as required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for preparing communications for supervisor;
\n\u2022 Taking minutes at meetings;
\n\u2022 Collecting, processing, distributing, and filing incoming and outgoing documents;
\n\u2022 Maintaining schedules for supervisors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of office guesthouse and premises; and
\n\u2022 Providing assistance with administrative tasks and events.<\/p>\n
\nHighest consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate strong and proven track record with democracy and governance work.<\/p>\n
