Our products aim to provide better and alternative choices for different services and needs of our end users, with accessibility and ease of use in mind.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to ensure that business development activities by the team deliver return on investment and revenue conversion.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he is responsible for sales and profitability of new product(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concentrate proactively on introducing products into new local, regional and national markets;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Lead the process in identifying and hunting for new business;<\/li>\n<li>Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure business\/sales targets are met by the team;<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop a strong understanding of company products;<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a high-level client database for current and prospective customers and other business and project partners;<\/li>\n<li>Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of products or services offered and follow up in order to close business deals;<\/li>\n<li>Proposal writing, tailoring and submissions;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out administrative work generated by the above activities;<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly performance reports;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master\u2019s Degree is a Must, preferable in a marketing related course<\/li>\n<li>All Applicants MUST have a minimum of 5years post NYSC experience in Marketing, business development or Brand Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skill\/Knowledge and Behaviour Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brand Management knowledge and experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in risk analysis<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating, costing and implementing sales \/ marketing \/ advertising plans<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to targets \/ goals \/ deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Be outgoing, friendly and exceptional at building rapport<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Business Development and Relationship Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experienced user of Microsoft office, in particular word, Excel and Power point<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in negotiation and Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong follow-up skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li>Has a valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Involve in managing the delivery of a health care package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send\u00a0their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:primlyservices@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>primlyservices@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a>Please write \u2018Business Development Manager- Lagos\u2019 in subject area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Primly Services \u2013 We are a newly established entrepreneurial company, an offshoot of a reputable Healthcare Facility in Nigeria, which recently obtained its license for the manufacturing, importation and distribution&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
