In order to further strengthen our expansion strategy,<\/p>\n<p>we are recruiting to fill the vacant positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Driving School<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage driving Instructors and ensure their knowledge is constantly updated<\/li>\n<li>Design training contents and modules for the school<\/li>\n<li>Constantly review the training curriculum and content of the Driving school, to ensure that it is in line with global best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with regulatory authorities with a view to ensuring that the school is constantly compliant.<\/li>\n<li>Manage human and material resources in the school<\/li>\n<li>Business development and marketing of the training unit offerings<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and advising on Health, Safety, Security &amp; Environment (HSSE) matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or a degree in any field and an MBA are required for this role<\/li>\n<li>8years driving\/training experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years working experience<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation and training skills<\/li>\n<li>Business Development skills<\/li>\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Driving\u00a0Instructor<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizing driving lessons and instructing students on car control, defensive driving strategies, handling emergencies, driving in adverse conditions and ensuring auto safety for the purpose of developing driving skills and upgrading their knowledge pertaining the rules of the road.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare teaching materials, documents, and variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of implementing lesson plans and documenting students\u2019 progress<\/li>\n<li>Being a guide to the student and helping the student them to situations that will arise on the road<\/li>\n<li>Preparing students for emergency and increase their knowledge on National Highway Code<\/li>\n<li>Attracting new business and support sales\/Marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid driving license and excellent driving ability.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5years driving experience<\/li>\n<li>OND\/HND\/BSc in any field<\/li>\n<li>A calm personality with good communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Good level of patience and skills in dealing with difficult students<\/li>\n<li>Areas where vacancies exist are Ikoyi, Festac, Lekki (HQ), Ikeja, and Ikota.
