With representation all over the worlds.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the operation activities<\/li>\n<li>Plan and schedule work in a proactive manner .<\/li>\n<li>Disseminate tasks to operational staff and ensure that all directives are being met constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good relationship with clients and follow up on all their request.Assign task to each operations staffEnsure that effective relationships are maintained with all departments so that customer requirements can be understood.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer contact management<\/li>\n<li>Give daily reports of all operation activities to the management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that multiple projects meet their projected deadlines effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.<\/li>\n<li>Play a significant role in long \u2013 term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and communication between support and business functions.<\/li>\n<li>Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function.<\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives in the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain proper records of financial transactions and posting into Accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Bank reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Petty Cash management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain payment and receipt voucher<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present timely and accurate periodic reports to Accounts Manager<\/li>\n<li>Payment to Suppliers after due verification and authorization<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management account in compliance with company\u2019s policy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict adherence to company\u2019s policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other responsibilities as Assigned by Accounts Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with tax matters and liaise with tax authorities FIRS and LIRS<\/li>\n<li>Handling statutory payment (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax, Pension and others)<\/li>\n<li>Assist in filing of annual tax return<\/li>\n<li>Prepare operating budget\/cash flow projection in compliance with company\u2019s policy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage account receivable(AR) and account payable(AP)<\/li>\n<li>Posting general journal entries and general ledger entries<\/li>\n<li>Prepare assets schedule and updating assets register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
