The company is dedicated to excellence in service delivery in various sectors of Nigeria Economy including Oil &amp; Gas, Telecommunications, Financial Institution etc.<\/p>\n<p>The company currently require the service of competent hands for a 2 years Project renewable in Nigeria with either of the below skills.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/HND\/B.Eng Degree in Physical Science, IT, Engineering &amp; related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation V3,<\/li>\n<li>HDI Support Centre Analyst certification<\/li>\n<li>Win7\/Redhat6 &amp; 7 certification<\/li>\n<li>Evidence 7 years &amp; above experience supporting specialized computing applications and users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Title(s):<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Operating Systems Installation \/Network Installation \/Data Management Service\/Help Desk Services\/ Support Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years and above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities (Not limited to):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Hardware &amp; Software Support Services (Desktops, Laptops, Servers &amp; Printers) for users in the office, residential areas, Outstation and Off-Shore Support Services. (First &amp; Second Line Support)<\/li>\n<li>Technical Support for Unix\/Linux Systems<\/li>\n<li>Provision of combined First line SAP ERP and non-ERP Support (primarily in English, but with some capability to also provide limited support in French)<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Second Line SAP Support<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Second Line Business Application (Non-ERP) Support<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Business Application (Non-ERP) Development and Enhancement Services<\/li>\n<li>VIP\/Executive Support Services<\/li>\n<li>Provision of IT End User Support Services to cover IT Stores management<\/li>\n<li>Asset Management Services<\/li>\n<li>Provision of 1st &amp; 2nd Line Telecommunications Support Services<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration Services<\/li>\n<li>Library and Archive Services<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Digitization Services for Documents and Records<\/li>\n<li>Provision of DRM Application and Information Management Services<\/li>\n<li>Provision of 1st &amp; 2nd Line Data Communications Support Services<\/li>\n<li>IT Request Management Services<\/li>\n<li>Implement \/Monitor\/ Report IT Information Security &amp; Policies<\/li>\n<li>Technical Computing Services<\/li>\n<li>Call-Off\/Ad-hoc Services consistent with business requirement<\/li>\n<li>Installation of system (Desktop &amp; peripherals) at desk \u2013 New (Imaging) &amp; Replacement (Reimaging) \u2013 Standard\/High End<\/li>\n<li>Installation of Printers\/scanners\/Plotters (Frontend \/Backend activities)<\/li>\n<li>Replacement of Plotter, Scanner &amp; Printer Supplies (Replacement of toners, fuser \/transfer kit etc) includes normal cleaning of toner compartments<\/li>\n<li>Software Installation (applications, drivers, device configurations)<\/li>\n<li>Installation \/Removal of \u00a0Network peripheral<\/li>\n<li>Support &amp; Maintenance of datacomms equipment<\/li>\n<li>Movement of PC equipment &amp; peripherals, network peripherals within &amp; across divisions (Standard \/ High End)<\/li>\n<li>Movement of Printer\/Plotter within &amp; across divisions<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance \/Support for PC\/Peripherals under &amp; out of warranty (Standard\/High End)<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance \/Support for Plotters, Printers, Scanners under warranty (Heavy Weight)<\/li>\n<li>Configuration of Multiple display screen<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance \/Support \/Repair of Printers &amp; Plotters<\/li>\n<li>Preventive maintenance for plotters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nKindly send your updated resume to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jerry.ejieh@ocheph.com\">jerry.ejieh@ocheph.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong>: 5th January, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ocheph is a 100% Nigerian company with her headquarter in Lagos, Nigeria.
