At Kraft Heinz, to be the BEST food company, growing a BETTER world is more than a dream \u2013 it is our GLOBAL VISION.\u00a0 To be the best, we want the best \u2013 best brands, best practices and, most importantly, the best people.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of all trade in Nigeria using the Distributor sales and merchandising team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of demand and placing of orders by Distributors as per the SNOP output and ensuring adequate stock holding as per agreed SOP.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance of distribution levels as per agreed norms for existing brands and for achieving distribution levels within the agreed time frame for NPDs.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with other line managers;<\/li>\n<li>Reporting back to senior managers;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling);<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company\u2019s products or services;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the culture of the company and level of seniority within it, sales managers may also be involved with product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Implement the agreed trade marketing plan \u2013 trade promotions, merchandising objectives as per planograms.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain the most cost-effective use of shelf space in all key accounts, in conjunction with Key Account Managers, and create a \u2018win win relationship and partnership\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Direct, train, supervise and coach the distributor personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Allocating areas to sales executives;<\/li>\n<li>Setting budgets\/targets;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/heinz.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/KraftHeinz_Careers\/job\/Lagos-Branch\/Business-Development-Manager_R-3178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kraft Heinz Company is revolutionizing the food industry.
