Developing the potential within our people. to improve business practices, unleash creativity and enhance industrial productivity.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Software Developer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nRequirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree, or Certification in computer science or any related field that will complement a programmers job<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with one or more programming languages as appropriate for the specific requirements of the department related to the field.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, highly logical, technically proficient.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of (1 or 2) years of experience in programming and system design.<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving and analytical skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player who enjoys working with system users;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities;<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and executes independently;<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of XML including XML Schema, XML Namespaces, WSDL 1.1\/2.0.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Relational Database Systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and\/or NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Elastic, Cassandra).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and skills to work effectively within an Agile Software development environment (Scrum).<\/li>\n<li>Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and\/or other automated testing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level 2 Security Clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Payment Application (integration into Bank\u2019s Front End Processors (FEPs) , Banking Cores , TMS and or CMS application ) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn new skills and share them with others.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using JEE and C# technology including Spring Framework ,Hibernate, EJB\/JPA, C# , Entity Framework, LINQ , and e.t.c<\/li>\n<li>Prior JEE application development experience on Tomcat\/JBoss\/Glassfish or other similar JEE application server.<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Application Development , Android, IONIC, React Native e.t.c<\/li>\n<li>Experience in at least one of the following source control tools: Git, Mercurial and build automation tools such as Ant, Maven , Gradle , Gulp or similar<\/li>\n<li>Webservices \u2013 WSDL\/SOAP and REST JAX-RS.<\/li>\n<li>Front End Technology like HTML\/CSS ,Angular , React , Ajax (JQuery\/Dojo) etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@raldsandagate.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@raldsandagate.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only selected candidates shall be contacted<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th January, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ralds &amp; Agate is a Business Management Consulting firm focused on providing People and Process related solutions to businesses, communities and organizations within and outside Africa.
