The core business is the effective, eco-friendly management of e-waste utilizing cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Sales<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>E-Terra Technologies are looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Director.<\/li>\n<li>The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales.<\/li>\n<li>Primary duties include: generating and submitting RFPs and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.<\/li>\n<li>Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues<\/li>\n<li>Set individual sales targets with sales team<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory control<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitor and clients analysis<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data to identify sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop promotional ideas and material<\/li>\n<li>Attend trade meetings and industry conventions<\/li>\n<li>To develop monthly personal sales and marketing plan and directly sell E-Terra products and services to key decision makers in corporate organizations in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate performance of sales staff<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Plan and direct sales team training<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals<\/li>\n<li>Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue<\/li>\n<li>Generate timely sales reports<\/li>\n<li>Formulate sales policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Help prepare budgets<\/li>\n<li>Control expenses and monitor budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified chartered marketer will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An interest in, and understanding of the environment and sustainability issues;<\/li>\n<li>Proven business analysis skills with the ability to proactively meet objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make presentations using Microsoft power point, excel, &amp; word;<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>Patience and resilience;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting &amp; persuasive skills;<\/li>\n<li>Client &amp; territory relationship management ability;<\/li>\n<li>A valid driving license;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and also as a team.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the waste management and recycling industry is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation skills and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management<\/li>\n<li>A personal computer with strong ICT skills;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years minimum in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their detailed Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@eterra.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@eterra.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNote<\/strong>: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>26th January, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E-Terra Technologies Limited is the first indigenous electronic waste recycling company in Nigeria.
