minimum of 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000-120,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and coordinating all Human Resources duties.<\/li>\n<li>Induction of new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions<\/li>\n<li>Develop, analyze and update the company\u2019s evaluation program<\/li>\n<li>Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and revise the company\u2019s handbook on policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform benefits administration<\/li>\n<li>Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain performance appraisal system and promotion<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and analyze exit interviews and also recommending changes<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining department records and reports<\/li>\n<li>Act as an advisor to the MD on Human Resource matters<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and maintain an enabling work environment and organizational excellence<\/li>\n<li>Set guidelines for HRM policy review and the department\u2019s planning process<\/li>\n<li>Participating in administrative staff meetings<\/li>\n<li>Other activities to ensure effective running of the human resource department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5years experience in human resources.<\/li>\n<li>HND or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, HR certification will be additional advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
