The Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship is considered the equivalent of the Nobel Peace Prize in the Social Entrepreneurship industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Enterprise Systems Developer\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Babban Gona seeks to hire an Enterprise Systems Developer, that is a seasoned professional with demonstrated experience in developing Enterprise Systems.<\/li>\n<li>The selected individual will work alongside other members of Babban Gona\u2019s Enterprise team in order to develop our enterprise software\u2019s, as well as solve the enterprise-wide problem of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plans, designs, develops, tests, and maintains enterprise-level desktop-, web- and mobile-based applications<\/li>\n<li>Designs solutions attending to both business and technical considerations<\/li>\n<li>Analyses user requirements, envisions system features and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with product owners, team leads and other software developers<\/li>\n<li>Works closely with end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Works on bug fixes and improving application performance<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology or any other related field<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 4 years of experience in Software Development or an equivalent of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (e.g. requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation) and execution models (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative Development, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop Android apps using any framework desired<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of databases, with proficiency in SQL<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build Microsoft Access data applications while using VBA and Macros<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with build tools<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 as well as design frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of using data to drive decisions and data visualization<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile versus desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform<\/li>\n<li>Unit test and debugging skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of code versioning tools (Git) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Proof of already developed applications on multiple platforms will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Division:<\/strong> Corporate<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Sales Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediately<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Babban Gona seeks to hire a Sales Analyst, a seasoned professional with demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>The selected individual will work alongside other members of Babban Gona\u2019s sales team in order to increase overall sales productivity, as well as our farmers\u2019 market access in the food processing sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building customers based within the food processing and poultry sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting, analyzing and reporting sales related data.<\/li>\n<li>Assist management in developing and reviewing sales budget.<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer service relations with key customers.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing periodic sales forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting periodic sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and monitoring deliveries to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding market and price dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on settlement of Invoices as they fall due.<\/li>\n<li>Developing sales reports, margin analysis and key performance metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Required skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related fields; degree in marketing and or animal science is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and set targets<\/li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>\u201cStreet smarts\u201d (i.e. a good knowledge of the environs)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and quantitative skills<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, enthusiast and goal orientated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
