To strengthen our operations and interventions in the country we are seeking qualified candidates for the vacant positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Contracts &amp; Grants Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Full Term<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Contracts &amp; Grants Officer will work with the Director, Finance &amp; Administration to provide lead administration for the management of awards and sub awards to include contracts, grants and cooperative agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Will monitor workflows and help develop and implement systems to provide sound management control over AHNi\u2019s compliance with award terms and conditions and the organizational policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Recruitment Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience;<\/li>\n<li>Or M.Sc\/MBA with 5-7 years relevant experience in an NGO setting.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant software skills to include spreadsheet and data base software and Management Information Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of donor (USAID, CDC, DFID, Global Fund) contract and grant agencies are required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret funding regulations and develop implementing procedures is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Technical Officer \u2013 Lab. Services<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Rivers, Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Fixed Term<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Technical Officer-Lab. Services will provide technical expertise and assistance in implementing high quality laboratory services within the HIV care and treatment project in Nigeria, including laboratory capacity development at Global Fund project health facility sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Recruitment Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Laboratory sciences or related field with 7-9 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV\/AIDS.<\/li>\n<li>Or Master degree in Laboratory sciences or related field with 5-7 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV\/AIDS.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the management of laboratory services, particularly health facility-based services, including quality assurance systems, laboratory analysis, and interpretation and reporting techniques based on best practices, quality management practices and safe work practices.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnosis and management related to HIV\/AIDS care and treatment is required with some experience in an international development organization preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Certification of license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist Is required. Expertise in hematology, TB and blood safety issues will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Full Term<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountant Under the direction of the Senior Accountant, the Accountant shall assume responsibility for accounting and ensure compliance with the contractual financial requirements of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Recruitment Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 3 \u2013 5 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Or MS\/MA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 1-3 years relevant experience. Minimum of 1-3 years\u2019 experience in accounting related to international development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with donor-funded programs and non-governmental organizations in Nigeria is an advantage.
