Our primary aim is to support populations and communities at negative edges of household income, unemployment, healthcare access, illiteracy, marginalization and exclusion.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant to the Chairman<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Enugu<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a first point of contact which will typically involve dealing with correspondence and phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Chairman\u2019s schedule and organise meetings and appointments, virtual and physical.<\/li>\n<li>Track staff work plans and provide Chairman with feedback on dates for expected deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Managing databases and filing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain procedures\/administrative systems.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous liaison with staff.<\/li>\n<li>Make travel, transport and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman.<\/li>\n<li>Attend staff meetings and discuss meeting outcomes with the Chairman for possible feedback to staff.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support such as electronic document reviews and other forms of support that may be consistent with the role.<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be tech savvy<\/li>\n<li>Must hold a bachelor\u2019s degree\/HND<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed NYSC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@baywoodfoundation.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@baywoodfoundation.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>22nd January, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baywood Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides healthcare services and access to economic opportunities to vulnerable populations and at-risk communities in Nigeria.
