{"id":47078,"date":"2018-01-23T12:17:15","date_gmt":"2018-01-23T11:17:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=47078"},"modified":"2018-01-23T12:17:15","modified_gmt":"2018-01-23T11:17:15","slug":"association-reproductive-family-health-arfh-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/association-reproductive-family-health-arfh-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) is one of the leading Nigerian Non-Governmental Organizations implementing programs for improving Sexual and Reproductive Health, Care and Treatment of HIV\/AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB) and Malaria etc.\u00a0 We offer professionals opportunities for career advancement, good working environment and competitive remuneration.<\/p>\n<p>We seek applications from qualified persons for the vacant position in the organization for Global Fund TB grant:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Program Officer (CSO Capacity Building and Behavior Change Communication)<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\nDuration: One year and six months (renewable.)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Descritpion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The post holder serves as focal person for CSO activities and provides support to programmatic activities of Sub \u2013Recipients on TB grant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specific Roles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focal Person for CSO and oversee the coordination of the activities of the CSOs working within the communities to increase awareness and TB case detection.<\/li>\n<li>Document lessons learnt from community TB activities\u00a0 for enhancement\u00a0 and \/or re-strategizing of future programs<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly, quarterly &amp; annual reports<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development of national documents and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Review reports of SR and provide feedback<\/li>\n<li>Review CBO report &amp; conduct regular visits to CSOs to monitor progress.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with community stakeholders &amp; trained TB workers involved in active case search<\/li>\n<li>Collate data generated by the CSOs for decision making &amp; future project directives.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other tasks as may be directed by the TB Coordinator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBBS or a Degree in Social Science and a Master\u2019s degree in Public Health with significant previous working experience on Global Fund community implementation component.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel widely in Nigeria and demonstrated experience in community based program implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Also has experience in the TB epidemiology and management with excellent skills in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Power point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their comprehensive Curriculum Vitae and cover letter in only one attachment (MSWord document) explaining suitability for the job to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:programs@arfh-ng.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>programs@arfh-ng.org<\/strong><\/a>Please indicate the title of post applied for in the subject line of the email.&lt;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants are advised to provide their functional emails\/mobile phone numbers on the application letter as well as three professional referees.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must provide functional e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of the referees.<\/li>\n<li>Eligible female applicants are encouraged to apply.
