Its extensive portfolio of solutions spans mobile finance, content, infotainment, customer value management, messaging, mobile data and managed VAS services.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a Product Management professional, who will help design and implement innovative mobile products that can fundamentally alter the way we use various services, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute to product vision and strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Product Management Professional<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create the product vision, value proposition and USP articulation\/messaging<\/li>\n<li>Take the ownership of the product and preparing yearly product plan with financial targets and actions<\/li>\n<li>Understand the market landscape and working on creating a business model in line with the same<\/li>\n<li>Predict three year (forthcoming) revenues with pessimistic and optimistic numbers<\/li>\n<li>Create excellent business relationship with clients and prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Understand and analyze user need. Validate and pitch new product ideas<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same<\/li>\n<li>Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site\/app and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live<\/li>\n<li>Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication<\/li>\n<li>Define features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes<\/li>\n<li>Work with design and engineering teams through feature implementations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated<\/li>\n<li>Define success metrics and analysing product performance<\/li>\n<li>Work with our developers to release world class apps<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytics-based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends<\/li>\n<li>Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and troubleshoot in case of escalations<\/li>\n<li>Manage the entire lifecycle of the app, adding features and editing the interface whenever required or when a brilliant idea strikes<\/li>\n<li>Love and work on app-related analytics and features based on user feedback<\/li>\n<li>Work with various support teams (technology, design, marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfilment, external partner relationships, legal and other compliances and customer conversions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKill\/Competency:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Functional:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of UI and UX process and development processes<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen<\/li>\n<li>Bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that help drive product development<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of domain (end to end) and other players in the ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create a strong market and product strategy<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of product profitability and financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional conflict management skills<\/li>\n<li>Art of storytelling for creation of new business<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Past working experience in online-internet companies\/ app based start-ups\/ mobile product company<\/li>\n<li>A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world\/mobile products is a necessary criterion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other details:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Total Experience:<\/strong>\u00a010 \u2013 14 years (7+ years in Product Management)<br \/>\n<strong>Qualification:\u00a0<\/strong>Bachelor degree\/ Master Degree in Tech preferable BE \/ B-Tech \/ MBA<br \/>\n<strong>Work Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/541693890\/\">Click Here to Apply<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mahindra Comviva is the global leader of mobility solutions catering to The Business of Tomorrows.
